Customer Service, which stimulates and leverages the development and growth of the corporate identity and culture of customer service. POLICY STATEMENT a) Customer care and service will be high priority and strategic actions. The Administration must ensure that the Organization is oriented to effectively serve the Client, be it internal or external, using standards of courtesy, kindness and cordiality. b) The Customer Service Centers and customer service areas located in Agencies and / or Branches of the Regional are primarily responsible for customer service and must be focused on directing their actions towards a comprehensive service whose main objective be customer satisfaction. c) In those Agencies and / or Branches that do not have an Integrated Customer Service Center, duly adequate service areas with the necessary infrastructure and trained personnel must be made available to the latter. The Services provided here must be in accordance with the market to be served and directly proportional to the number of clients that each location has. d) Customer Service Centers will be created based on a specific Strategic Plan according to the development and growth of the Company, taking into consideration the number of existing customers, the market, demand and other factors that will be determined by the Administration. . e) The personnel who work in the Customer Service Centers must be selected based on a specific profile and be trained to atten
